Sinar Roda Utama provides maintenance and repair to NIPRO hemodialysis machines and their related equipments. Our main focus is to maintain and optimize performance & realibility of our state-of-the-art NIPRO hemodialysis machines, to ensure they always in optimal performance and reliability. We also cater maintenance of other NIPRO instrument products such as syringe pump and infusion pump.
Our Technical Support team is well trained and highly qualified. Every technician is regularly trained by NIPRO Engineer in order to accomplish fast, reliable and professional services to our customers.
We have Customer Call Service (CCS) located at each of our branch throughout Indonesia, ready to serve our customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will response to any complaints within 24 hours.
